It is said that what you are here to learn, you are here to teach. I agree.
"I am learning the cost of limiting myself and others. I am learning what limits us. I am learning how to manage fear and grow my authentic power. I am learning what can really make a difference in our lives and what we need to do. I am committed to my personal and humanity’s growth"
Penny Holden
As a young child I was full of life, love, emotion, passion, curiosity, creativity and imagination. However, most of this left me as I grew up and explored what it meant to be accepted, to conform and be 'normal', to let go of who I really was, what I could be.
Yet the authentic me would keep bubbling up: an inner knowing, the rebel, the creator, the artist and author, my spirit and soul in many different ways – both destructive and constructive. Over many years, and still today, I came to understand authenticity and being an authentic leader; I came to my authentic self – my passion, my joy, creativity and imagination, excellence.
The more I worked with business the more I knew there is a different way to do business; a better way to live and contribute as a person and still get the wealth and success you want. The more I investigated, the more I created, co-created and found great examples of this in action worldwide today.
The more I worked with individuals, I discovered I had a gift that supports and helps them - a catalyst for activating their authentic self.
“My great mistake, the fault for which I can't forgive myself, is that one day I ceased my obstinate pursuit of my own individuality.”
Oscar Wilde
