In 2007, a team of Center for Creative Leadership researchers used findings from the CCL research 2003 Changing Nature of Leadership (CNL) to create 10 Trends, a research study exploring a number of trends affecting business and leadership now and in the future. The figures show how leaders responded about their organisation.
